Tuna Pasta
Ingredients.
Butter
Chilli powder
425g tin of Tuna in Brine
325g tins of cooked tomatoes.
Garlic to taste
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
4 button mushrooms sliced
1 medium sized zucchini cut into thick slices
1 chopped onion
Method.
Fill a large saucepan 3/4 full with water and heat until boiling.
Add in 2 cups of pasta and a drop of olive oil.
Turn heat down until the water is just simmering.
Whilst pasta is cooking.
Heat fry pan and then add some butter allow to warm for 1/2 a minute.
Add onions and cook until slightly brown.
Add mushrooms and cook until slightly soft.
Add a teaspoon more butter and with that your garlic to taste, basil and parsley
Add zucchinni and cook until slightly soft.
Add tuna and tinned tomatoes making sure you cut up the tomatoes.
Add Chili to taste
Once Tuna and pasta have come up to heat simmer for 5 minutes.
Your pasta should be cooked.
Drain and put your tuna and tomatoe sauce on top.
